1. Network Physical.  We performed a Network Physical which reviewed all of their existing IT systems and gave prioritized recommendations. 
2. Recommendations.  They decided to implement all of our suggestions. 
3. Paradigm Shift.  The client went from focusing on just keeping the systems up and running to becoming proactive and creating ways that they could leverage the IT improvements that were now in place. 
4. SimpliVity Clusters.  Our latest upgrade was a SimpliVity cluster installation in their Production and Disaster Recovery Locations.  SimpliVity allows the bank to replicate their data every 15 minutes to their Disaster Recovery Site.
